Laser Cut Fabric Panels

All of these designs were cut out of various fabrics using the CadCam Technology laser systems. The FB series can be used to cut out fabric panels or made up garments.
The versatility of the laser mean that the machine can act as a variable die-stamp machine. Different garment shapes and cut designs can be tried without the expense of die creation. The high cutting speed of the laser also allows it to be used in production, and the availability of many different laser units ( 10, 25, 50, and 100 watt) available in the FB700 and FB1500 series machines makes these machine ideal for cutting fabric panels.

Garments panels can be intricately decorated using a combination of our laser cutting and appliqués in conjunction with embroidery machinery. This example shows a typical fabric panel that has been cut using the FB series laser.

This is a selection of woven badges that have been cut using the advanced Optical Laser Cutting option available on the FB700 or FB1500. Accurate cuts are guaranteed every time, with compensating being made for position and rotation.

Laser Cut Applique

These are examples of combining our laser cutters with embroidery machinery to produce quality appliques. All of these designs are cut on our laser machines, and then stitched onto another fabric surface. Use your existing embroidery data to produce quality appliques in a wide range of materials. This sealed laser cut edge avoids fraying and allows more intricate designs and faster production.

These designs are produced using laser marking onto synthetic fleece material for the first two, and denim on the right. The laser marking is a very large market, with laser engraved garments being very fashionable. The laser etching on denim, for example, allows a worn effect to be created, complete with artificial crease marks, showing a brand new pair of jeans appearing to be aged.
